Central spot, convenient travel. Self‑check‑in. The room was clean and spacious.

The room was clean and the location is good. After booking, they messaged us that we needed to pay an extra 10% (they claimed it was a tax), even though the price shown already included tax. I messaged the hotel about this but received no reply. The booking was non‑refundable, so I couldn’t cancel after learning about the surprise fee. The air‑con worked at only 10–20% capacity, and the ceiling fan was also non‑functional. Figuring out when to pay for the hotel over WhatsApp—because the owner/staff isn’t around all the time and everything operates with codes—was not something I wanted to worry about on vacation.

Good location, nice staff. However, there were ants and other bugs all over the bed when I arrived. I let the staff know, but the room still wasn’t cleaned properly. The bathroom stayed dirty throughout my stay, constantly moldy and wet, with a ceiling covered in mold. The noise made it very hard to sleep.

Location was good, staff responded quickly when needed. The room was comfortable. We were allowed a late checkout for 400,000 VND. Good stay for the price. The shared bathroom was the only downside.
