“Da migliorare tutto. Si salva solo la posizione.”
The location is fine. The room was badly finished, the walls were peeling, the sink was clogged, the windows opened onto nothing, and the breakfast was non‑existent.

Palazzo Castellano, a boutique hotel in Lecce’s historic center, sits just 700 m from the train station and within a 9‑minute walk of Piazza Mazzini, Santa Croce Basilica, and the Obelisco. Family rooms feature private baths, air‑conditioning, free WiFi, and a shared kitchen. Guests enjoy a garden‑view terrace, balcony, and in‑room buffet of Italian pastries.

The spot is great, we got all the entry details beforehand and our room was ready. Nothing else.

We booked a two‑room, two‑bathroom apartment that was perfect for the two of us. The bathrooms were very modern, the rooms plain but clean and tidy, and there was a well‑equipped kitchen that we didn’t use. The ceilings are high vaulted because the building is a historic palazzo. The owner sent us the access codes via WhatsApp without any trouble. In the morning he delivered a fresh pasticciotto, and coffee, tea, milk and water were free. We also used the single parking spot right outside the building, which was very convenient (just ask). The window screens were another plus, and the location is ideal – a five‑minute walk to the main gate of Lecce’s old town.

The location is perfect. Michelangelo is very attentive.

Sicuramente la posizione e la stanza. La colazione , apprezzo i panciotti freschi al mattino ma il resto un po' da migliorare
