The lunch I ordered was good and the staff I dealt with were friendly, but the room was in terrible shape: the sound system didn’t work, the bathtub was old and dirty, the bed was bad, the walls had cracks, and the TV was broken. I’m staying in room 8 at this motel about one or two times a month, and this time I won’t stay in room 8 again or I’ll lose a customer. I’ve stayed in other rooms before and they were fine, but this time it was bad. I’m not asking for an apology, just a critique for improvement. Thanks.

Almost everything was fine, just missing a YouTube app on the TV to watch. The bathtub was half‑dirty when we arrived, a bit of grime came out when we turned it on, but otherwise it was good.
