The service was excellent, the place cozy, and some rooms offer great sea views; we stayed by the beach and enjoyed a superb breakfast. The staff were flexible and helped us extend our stay by an extra day. The “mountain view” room is very close to the slope, so it’s quite humid; we asked for a change and were moved immediately.

The suite was amazing; we upgraded to one with a hot‑tub and it was the best decision we made. It’s very cozy. We didn’t dislike it, but a point to note: the bathroom is open to the room, which is cool for the forest view, yet the toilet itself is also open—just a bit more privacy would be nice, haha.

The suite was a delight, with a perfect view and a very good breakfast; the staff were exceptional, always available and helpful, so I’ll definitely come back! The only improvement I’d suggest is a shower with stronger water pressure.
