Overall the place offered a wonderful relaxing getaway with calm surroundings and excellent service from the whole camp staff, whose goal was guest comfort and satisfaction. Breakfast was superb and dinner options were varied enough to please every palate. Many thanks to the entire team, especially Mr. Jamal, Mr. Mahmoud, Mohamed, and Moamen, for their great hospitality. The beach services, however, still need more attention.

The staff here are absolute stars - they're super friendly and always willing to lend a hand. The rooms are a great size, with a separate bathroom and shower, and the cleaning team does a fantastic job every day. The food is delicious too, which is always a bonus. My only gripe is that the shower's water pressure is a bit dodgy, but it's not a deal-breaker.

I was really impressed with the hotel's food - it was absolutely delicious and the manager was super friendly and helpful. However, there were a few issues that let it down. The beach wasn't safe for swimming, which was a major bummer, and the cabana's aircon was pretty weak, making it hard to stay cool. To top it off, the beach itself wasn't the cleanest, which was a bit of a disappointment.

I have to say, the staff at this hotel truly made our trip special. Mohammed was a lifesaver, taking the time to explain everything from Egyptian customs to the best local restaurants. He was so knowledgeable and friendly, it felt like having a personal tour guide. Osama and Abu-shroo were also super helpful, always available with a smile and a solution to any problem we had. The only downside was that the hotel's location, while convenient, was a bit noisy at night.
