Beautiful place and good value, but the bed was too soft and you can't please everybody.

Safe, lots of parking, good staff, great bar and restaurant, food beautiful, good breakfast, but it was a bit further from the CBD than I realized and it needs some money injected to paint.

The green surroundings, recent renovations, and good value for money by the end of August were all positives.
