I liked the location and the hassle‑free access to the room and checkout. I didn’t like that there was no bin provided, and the TV didn’t work properly—changing channels and accessing different ones was difficult to manoeuvre.

Location is good, the staff are friendly, and the rooms are comfortable.

The room was spacious and warm. The shower toilet outside the room didn’t close properly, which was inconvenient and uncomfortable. There was also no trash bin in the room or in the shower toilet.

Staying at the Piccolo hotel was a very pleasant experience, highlighted by its convenient city center location within easy walking distance of Glasgow's main attractions. The rooms were clean, functional, and provided all the essential comfort needed for a solid night's sleep after exploring the city
