“Cómodo”
I really like it every time I stay, but the check‑in and check‑out times are inconvenient and you can’t fully enjoy the days you pay for food and drinks.
“Belleza y discriminacion”
The fifth‑floor restaurant staff were very attentive, the place’s instant cisnes and the food I ordered pleased both my mother and me. The reception staff on the 10th floor discriminated against us, saying a WhatsApp would be set up for communication and service, but when we looked for it they ignored us among other issues.
The food and the size of the room, plus the on‑site restaurants, were all great. The pool, however, felt too small for the number of guests at the hotel.
The hotel is close to the beaches and feels safe, yet it was under renovation with a lot of noise, it looks old, and the gym is closed.
The staff treated us very well and the location is great, but the logistics were poor; we endured two days without electricity because the generator failed, and we weren’t told until we arrived at the hotel, even though we had warned them in advance for our conference and had booked a suite on the 10th floor. It was a very disappointing experience to have the power cut for two days while the backup generator didn’t work.
