The elevator was good, but the free breakfast was lacking.

The spot was super convenient and the front desk team was really friendly, making check‑in a breeze. On the downside, the room had terrible soundproofing—hallway noise was constant and loud, and the TV remote only worked intermittently. The shower was noisy and a bit unclean, the shampoo was gone, and the toilet seat was broken. Overall, the value felt awful, like a cheap hotel charging a premium price.

The hotel staff were fantastic, always helpful and friendly. A special shout‑out to Liz, Pat, and Kim for going above and beyond during our stay. We already plan to return, having made great friends and unforgettable memories. Thanks a lot!

We stayed on the third floor, which was great, and the proximity to the wedding venue was perfect. Early check‑in let us prepare for the 4 pm ceremony. The breakfast area stayed spotless and kept supplies fresh. Pat at the front desk had a great sense of humor, and I left with a smile.

The hard‑boiled eggs tasted stale, and there were no bananas. The waffle was good, coffee was okay but the creamer was old and left floaters. Fresh ingredients were missing.
