The garden was meticulously tended and the spa was a highlight, but the room disappointed me; I couldn't switch from the shower head to the spray because it was broken, and the bar fridge didn’t have prosecco.

The room was beautiful with a stunning view of Vesuvius, and this isn’t our first or last visit to the hotel; it’s truly pleasant, easy to reach, and close to gorgeous archaeological sites.

Breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide array of high‑quality, tasty dishes, and the staff were polite, friendly, and professional, treating each guest like royalty, yet I was disappointed that I couldn’t extend my stay.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, and the restaurant’s food was excellent and not overly pricey; the Italian cuisine was great. The rooms were exquisitely decorated and well proportioned, the hotel has a rich history, and all facilities were very high‑standard. It would make a great honeymoon spot for newlyweds because it’s far from the crowds of Amalfi, Positano, Capri, and Sorrento yet close enough to visit them. The only minor issue was the lack of moisturiser in the bathroom.
