I stayed in a relatively large room with air‑conditioning and found it very comfortable and pleasant.

The room was very comfortable with ample space, and the location was ideal—just steps from Huaca Pucllana and restaurants, in a quiet neighborhood not on a main avenue, close to supermarkets, and Uber rides were convenient because public transport is poor. However, the shower door is jammed and needs fixing, a light in the washbasin is burnt out, there was no towel rack after the shower, and there was no spare toilet paper. Information about services was lacking—for example, staff are only present from 8 am to 5 pm, and the key is taken with a code outside the property (we weren’t offered that option). The receptionist or manager didn’t know the charge amount or that we needed to register on the first day. These details matter for a higher rating.
