The spot was great and parking right in front was a bonus. The room was tiny, the bathroom even smaller with a sink in the room. There was a coffee machine but no sugar or spoon, and the front desk wasn’t open all the time. Cleaning on arrival was subpar, and even with our sign on the second day, the room wasn’t ready when we got back at the end of the day. The price was really steep.

Hotel Le Pionnier sits in the heart of Tadoussac, within walking distance to the main street, restaurants, and the dock; the private room access, parking, and location were great. The room itself was much smaller than expected, with the bed almost touching the walls. Though the location is great, the room was pricey for its size and amenities.
