The hotel’s quirky charm, parking, and friendly staff were great, but the bathroom was tiny with a minuscule shower, and the late‑night noise from terrace guests kept us from sleeping for two nights.

The staff were nice, the Tyrolean décor was typical, and the location was perfect; public transport made it easy to reach all the ski slopes.

A lovely family hotel right in the centre.

The central spot in Folgaria, the staff’s kindness, and the welcoming atmosphere were all positives, but the building looks good and tidy yet needs a renovation to update its systems.
