The staff were extremely friendly and helpful in every way, and the food was very good.

Hot running water and a working AC—essential for me in Juba—plus the rooms, both bedroom and guest area, were clean and comforting, and the continental breakfast was decent though I think they could diversify more; the staff at dinner and in the accommodation area were very kind and friendly. The TV and bathroom interiors need upgrades, as do the bedrooms and even the ceilings of the dining area; still, for the price they offer a fairly good experience compared to other places in Juba.

I had a great experience at this hotel – the airport pickup was smooth, and check-in was a breeze. The room was clean, had fast WiFi, and even came with a hot shower. Breakfast was included, and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The only thing that was missing was. nothing, really!
