Comfort, tidiness, and peace. It wasn’t clear at booking that the stay would be without breakfast and housekeeping, nor that the reservation was made directly with a private host (like Airbnb) rather than the hotel itself. Because of that I didn’t have access to standard hotel services such as Late Checkout and others.
The Wi‑Fi on the floor was dead the whole time, so I couldn't get online. Other than that, nothing else stood out.
