The location is extremely central, the owners are very friendly, the hotel is quiet with a distinctive character, and both the room and breakfast were very good.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive to every request; breakfast was generous and of excellent quality, with a wide range of sweet and savory items, which was truly outstanding. However, in the bathroom the shower head lacked a height‑adjustable pole and was fixed in place, there was no shelf for toiletries, and there were black stains on the outside of the shower that looked like mold.

The historic palace is well preserved, but it remains in a ZTL.

The historic building has a certain charm, the family-run management is extremely friendly, and the value for money is excellent; the pastries at breakfast are homemade by the owner.
