The room was new and the breakfast was good. The only downside was that there was little water in the bathroom.
I liked that there was some food and drinks, the shower was big, the beds were comfortable, and there was a fan. I didn’t like that when I arrived the climate control wasn’t working; I made coffee and the machine sprayed water. Maybe everything should be checked before handing over the keys. The keys were another issue: I waited almost two hours on the street in the heat. Things happen, but the key pickup could have been organized better. Still, the owner was very kind and even took me to the university.
The facility was clean and fragrant, the room was very well maintained and organized. The owner was extremely courteous, quick to communicate, and attentive to guests’ needs.
The room was perfect, yet the cups were dirty and the locks were broken.
In the room there was no soap at all—neither a bar to wash my hands after the trip—and when I asked, I was told that soap was not provided by choice and that we could buy it at the shop on the street. The hair dryer was also missing. Given the price, the absence of such essential items is unacceptable.
