Awesome, just awesome. We arrived late but that was no problem and we could check in right away. The friendly front‑desk lady helped us get food, drove us to the nearest 7/11, and assisted us in heating it up inside the store. The next morning we checked out and she offered a ride to the train station. Such a great person—thank you so much. The hotel was nice and clean, with hot water and a comfortable bed.
