“Kellemes napok Bulgáriában”
The hotel was huge, well‑located, with impressive pools, and the food selection was great for both breakfast and dinner, everyone could find something they liked. The sandy beach was a short walk away with its own designated loungers. We got a super Tafa room with a wonderful view, and a friendly surprise was a fruit basket. Cleaning was critically below standard; upon arrival the sheet and pillow were stained, we asked for a change immediately and saw the mattress protector was full of hair. The toilet wasn’t clean either. The cleaner seemed annoyed, cutting her hair in front of us, and the staff were a bit odd—some were friendly, some clueless, and a student even tried to charge us again for the room price we had already paid. The whole hotel was overrun with cigarette smell, and the most annoying thing was that on the terrace where you can have breakfast and dinner, someone thought they could smoke there. That was completely unacceptable, and I voiced it, but nothing happened.
