The location and staff are very friendly, but from a design perspective the place needs an update.

The hotel is clean and in the city center, and ordering a taxi was fine for walking around downtown. However, there are no real windows, no take‑away breakfast, and I didn’t get to try the breakfast because the bus was too early.

The hotel has a great location, just a block from Plaza de armas. The room is good with a comfortable bed, has heating which is very important in Puno, the bathroom is great with a bathtub and a hot shower, and the breakfast is wonderful with many options, even potato puree and meatballs.

There is hot water and heating, which is rare in Peru, the value for money is excellent, the buffet breakfast is good, and the staff are kind.
