“Реалии Гонконга”
The location and staff attitude are great, the place is clean, and there’s a shared kitchen to cook in. However, it’s extremely cramped: there’s no room to put a suitcase anywhere—only a small space on the floor to step into the room and walk to the beds. You can’t place a suitcase under the single bed because the partition blocks it. Only a medium suitcase can fit under the bunk bed, and even that requires some acrobatics to reach items. The photos didn’t show how small the room looked. By the end of 2025, only one elevator served the floor, so you had to wait long for it upstairs and stand in line downstairs.
“怎一个好字了得”
The uncle and aunt were warm and thorough, the room was clean and tidy, and even though the location is a transport hub (the subway is downstairs), it’s quiet and peaceful. I can’t say I was dissatisfied, but the accommodation doesn’t provide disposable slippers—while eco‑friendly, some guests might not accept that. Also, the elevator space outside the accommodation is a bit tight, which is slightly inconvenient, though unrelated to the stay itself.
I was staying right in front of the B1 exit at Jordan Station, and the WELCOME MART night market was just a short walk away; the bed was clean and even with two elementary kids, the bedroom didn’t feel cramped. The bathroom was a bit tight and the toilet was different from what we’re used to back home, but the lady who worked there didn’t speak English, so I had to rely on body language to get my point across.
“Hard to beat considering location and price”
100% value and location. Entrance is rundown, general property management of the building needs to take care of reception area at the ground floor, and the hall to the elevator
“性价比超高”
The host aunt is very nice and enthusiastic, Mandarin communication is smooth, cleanliness is excellent, and transport is extremely convenient—600 m walk to West Kowloon high‑speed rail station, and the entrance leads straight to Jordan Station B1. It’s perfect for women, feels safe, and the aunt even prepared a guide to popular travel spots.
