I felt relaxed and at ease.

The hotel sits right next to several hiking trails and the Stachelberg bunker is within walking distance. The rooms are simple but clean, with fragrant bath towels. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially the young waitress who even offered me a hair dryer because the room didn’t include one. She also gave me useful tips for further excursions. Thanks again! At first glance the restaurant looked very dark, but once more lighting was added the nostalgic décor became visible and made the place very cozy. The breakfast buffet was great, even though only a few guests came to eat. Overall the hotel, especially the room, felt rather dark (dark carpet floors, green paint). Unfortunately the windows in the room couldn’t be opened for ventilation.
