The staff were polite and especially helpful at night, arranging a pick‑up and drop‑off from the airport for 2700 on the way out and 2500 back, which was great value. The room was air‑conditioned, spacious, and had both eastern and western toilets. However, the room’s amenities were somewhat limited; a few soft chapels, toothpaste, shampoo, and similar items in small sachets would have been nice.

I love the location, but the rating feels low.

The place is great and the room service is excellent, especially thanks to Mr Omer and the other staff. The only downside is that the washroom accessories aren’t arranged automatically; you have to ask for them.
