“Courteous and helpful staff with damp and moldy rooms, limited dining options and stray dogs!”
Unfortunately, there wasn’t much positive about our stay. The staff were understanding and genuinely tried to help us resolve the issues with the rooms. However, after seeing the condition of the rooms and discovering mold on the beds, we ultimately decided to leave. We were informed that the issue affected all the rooms, which was extremely concerning and disappointing. The staff did offer us a full refund, which we appreciated, but the condition of the rooms made it impossible for us to stay. The main issue was the condition and cleanliness of the rooms. As we were informed, the heavy rains had caused significant dampness, and we found mold growing on the beds. This was very concerning and made us uncomfortable staying there. We found that the mold issue affected all the rooms, so we decided to leave. The staff were understanding and offered us a full refund, which we appreciated, but the condition of the rooms was unacceptable and significantly affected our experience. The bathrooms also had issues. The sinks had no hot water, and the furniture throughout the rooms felt outdated and out of place, as though it had simply been added without much thought to the overall setting. More seriously, the sliding doors to the sit-out areas in both of our rooms could not be locked because there were no keys. This meant that someone could potentially enter the rooms from the outside, which was a major security concern. The restaurant had very limited food options and did not serve any alcoholic beverages. There were also stray dogs roaming around the premises, which was another concern. Parking was another significant issue. There are limited parking spaces, tight turning areas, poor lighting, and the parking area is not paved. The access road to the property is also unpaved and quite narrow. If another vehicle approaches from the opposite direction, one of the vehicles has to reverse a considerable distance, making it difficult and inconvenient. While we appreciate that the staff were courteous and tried to assist us, the overall facilities and condition of the property did not match what we would expect from a premium resort. It feels more like a property charging premium prices without offering a truly premium experience
“It was a good stay”
I appreciated the restaurant staff—Sameer and manager Mr. Sunil were attentive and took care of all guests’ needs. However, the reception service was awful: it took hours to send umbrellas, and they never actually gave me any. The campus was tiny and offered nothing to enjoy. Overall, my stay was okay but didn’t feel worth the money.
“Overall location is good but management needs to improve the quality of the stay.”
Location. Not a 4 star. It is only 3 star. Some of the basic amenities are missing. Rooms are very compact like Oyo. Front desk will never respond to your query
The location was decent, but the breakfast was terrible—far below Sterling standards, with an extremely poor and limited spread.
“It's not 4 star resort for sure... Normal motel type. Ambience and rooms are not upto mark”
The rooms felt cramped and the overall resort looked more like a 3‑star motel than a luxury property, especially considering the price we paid. The space and ambience didn’t match the 4‑star claim; it’s basically a general hotel for a luxury rate.
