The room was spacious, quite clean, very comfortable and quiet, but a persistent noise from a device kept interrupting sleep, and there were visible faults and a strong unpleasant odor.

No positives were noted. The hotel had no reception, we never received our access codes, the process was overly complicated, the phone reception was unfriendly and only in Spanish, instructions were only in Spanish, there was no parking, and the place was grimy in a dirty industrial area, forcing us to book elsewhere. Avoid it.

We had to add an extra night from Madrid for our workers and had no issues; in contrast, Nuria was very pleasant and resolved everything quickly and easily.

The room was clean and roomy for a couple and their daughter, and getting the keys and free parking at the door was a breeze. After staying two nights, the first morning only the double bed was made, and I don't know why.
