“This was the absolutely worst property I have ever been at. Property pics use are not accurate”
I left the property after a nightmare: I took pictures of the room, the debris outside in the parking lot, and the mop water that was sprayed on my vehicle. While driving around the building I couldn’t find my room and had to go back to the office, where I was stared at by 4 to 6 people at the west end of the property—no cars in the parking lot, which made me very uncomfortable. At the desk I reported the mop water on my car and asked for specific directions to my room; I was handed a map and told the elevator was broken so I’d have to use the stairs, but I’m limited in mobility. I finally reached my room, but the walkway was full of cracks and the smell was overwhelming. Inside, there were cracks in the ceiling above the bed, cracks from what I assume is water damage in the bathroom ceiling, open cavities where fixtures should be, and something on the floor that I didn’t want to touch. I took pictures of everything, returned to my vehicle, photographed the damaged material in piles around the property, and went back to the lobby to ask for a refund. The desk clerk said the manager wouldn’t be in until 9 am and that they’d have to authorize my refund. While I was at the desk, the clerk spoke with the manager on the phone but wouldn’t give me the manager’s number. The clerk printed out my receipt, which had the manager’s email. I expressed my total displeasure and demanded a refund. I spent 30 minutes in a parking lot looking for another room, and hours later the desk clerk called to say my refund had been processed. I will send pictures of the property and the soap on my vehicle.
