We decided not to stay because it was very dirty and disorganized, and the reservation listed a separate breakfast that was missing, and it was far from everything.

The location was the only good thing. I stayed at the inn for three days and I'm not sure if what follows applies only to my room or to the whole place. I was in the last room, facing a green area. I felt the security was a bit weak, since there was only a screen that looked like a front wall, which made me uneasy. I knew the room was simple, just for sleeping, no luxuries, but it had a lot of dust on the floor, causing severe allergic reactions that made me wake up at night to take medicine. The sheets looked old and worn, needing replacement; I didn't know if they were dusty, but they clearly lacked renewal. The only thing that seemed clean were the towels. There was a single bed in addition to the double bed, and both were dusty. A chair was so dirty I didn't even sit on it. The bathroom was big and clean, but there was no soap. The cloth on the floor was very dirty and there was no rug. The room I stayed in also lacked a mini fridge. The inn's location was good, but the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Outside, there was a kitchen that the owner said we could use, but it was messy, with dirty dishes and dishcloths. No sponge was available to wash utensils, and the floor was extremely dirty. I want to leave this opinion so that more care can be taken, as the place has potential for improvement. The staff who attended us was very kind, but overall the cleaning was lacking.

“Vale das Águas muito bom”

The peace and cleanliness were great, with a stream behind the inn and many trees. The downside was the many hills around; it was better to get around by Uber.
