“Un très joli nid”

The spot is perfect, right in front of the sea, great for hiking and soaking up the view at your own pace. The hotel feels cozy and modern, with a functional room that offers a sea view. The on‑site restaurant serves quality food made with fresh ingredients and a generous breakfast. The staff are friendly and professional, parking is easy to access, and pets are welcome. The breakfast price is a bit off-putting, dinner is a la carte only, the TNT channels are unstable, and there is no satellite TV.

“Viel een beetje tegen”

The location is beautiful, though not as remote as the photos imply. The restaurant is good. The room is tiny, with a small window overlooking the parking lot. The staff are busy with everything and the service takes a long time. The terrace and restaurant are crowded with day‑trippers, making it noisy—more like a busy beach bar than a quiet seaside hotel. The food is fantastic, but the cutlery is awful—how does that even exist?

The reception was excellent. The hotel is quiet, has a large accessible parking lot, and the staff are competent. The room is clean. I would have liked a standard 220 V outlet to charge my hybrid car overnight; that’s common in provincial hotels.
