“Muy buena estancia, lindo lugar.”
We stayed with family—three people, each in a separate room. At check‑in, the receptionist offered us rooms closer together, which was sensible since my father is an elderly adult. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, and the reception staff were very kind. The hotel is well located in a good area for moving around the city. It’s an old building, very pretty, and you can see the updates from the remodel, yet it still keeps its essence. The only thing I’d note is that in a large room near the entrance there’s a public space for coffee, tea, and light snacks (not the dining room). It doesn’t look very nice, and it detracts from the hotel’s spirit; the furnishings clash badly. It’s right at the entrance, so the first impression quickly turns to that space. If it’s only temporary for maintenance, that’s understandable, but if it stays there permanently, perhaps add screens or plants to give the area more life and honor the wonderful building.
