I had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, which turned out to be a nightmare. The hotel failed to meet even the most basic expectations, leaving me with a terrible experience. From the moment I checked in, I knew I was in for a rough ride.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by the irresponsible behavior of the staff and the lack of hot water in my room. The hotel failed to provide even the most basic amenities, making my stay quite uncomfortable. I was expecting a more reliable and considerate service from the staff.

“Excellent performance 👍”

I was pleasantly surprised by the overall satisfaction I felt during my stay at this hotel. The staff were not only polite and helpful but also went out of their way to make sure I had a great experience. The breakfast was excellent, and the rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel truly excelled in providing a welcoming and accommodating environment for its guests.

“Pathetic response never should allow other to stay”

My stay at this hotel was marred by several issues, starting from the registration process where I felt my personal details were mishandled. The hotel also failed to provide me with the food I had confirmed, and the hot water was unavailable throughout my stay. To make matters worse, the staff member I interacted with was rude and unhelpful. The room itself was in a deplorable state, with poor maintenance and cleanliness.
