The location is incredible, the staff very friendly, the pool area very pleasant, and the food delicious (especially the à la carte breakfast). A big plus is the offered yoga classes. The dorms and their bathrooms are a bit dated.

The hotel needs a male staff member to help guests with luggage all day. There are many stairs and gravel, making luggage very difficult.

The staff were super friendly and the location was easy to reach from the bus stop.

The staff were lovely and the pool was beautiful, and the food at the restaurant was yummy; the hotel is nicely located close enough to town. However, the bed and pillow were a little uncomfortable, and there are bird noises that play 24/7 through a speaker across the road; you kinda get used to it during the day but trying to sleep it’s kinda frustrating, and it’s very loud from the private rooms.
