The new structure, the spacious and clean room, and the friendly owner were positives. Facing the central square directly isn’t ideal if you want to go to bed early.

The view from the seaside square was great, but the communication felt rushed and impersonal. The room was dark, poorly ventilated, with a tiny window and old furniture. It wasn’t clean either—stains on the sheets—and the dated air‑conditioning was hard to adjust. The square’s noise didn’t bother us, but anyone wanting to sleep before 1 a.m. was in the wrong place. Value for money was awful.

The room was spacious and spotless, with a large bathroom and a terrace overlooking the Tremiti. The location on the village’s main square was excellent.

The location and furniture layout were positives, but the whole house literally shook until morning from a loud street party, making sleep impossible. Knowing this serious issue, the owner should stop renting the room. The local setup also doesn’t allow hosting four adults, let alone a family with kids.
