They handled my request to add two more nights without any trouble, even though the hotel was almost fully booked, and the front desk staff were very helpful. The room was serviced daily, a rarity these days.

The location was perfect for us and we didn't spend long getting to the airport. However, when I booked I checked for a hairdryer and it was listed, but none was available. It was too late to contact the office because they were closed in the evening and also the morning before we left.

The room was very comfortable, close to shops and eateries, and easy to locate.

The team was extremely accommodating, even swapping rooms when the original ones were booked out to help my 94‑year‑old father who couldn't manage the stairs. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for our visit; I would recommend staying there. The only downside was that the beds were on wheels and rolled.
