“Quality is going down.”

I usually liked to stay at Cycad Guesthouse, but the quality is going down whenever I am there. This time it was way under our expectations. But as always, the beds are very nice and spacious. And the location is perfect for a early morning flight. 3 weeks in advance, we had booked two rooms. The night we reached, we first had to wait for quite some time to be attended and where then notified, that we can have only one room. They had instead organized a room in another hotel, which wasn’t possible for us, as we traveled with little children. The bathroom didn’t have light and a broken toilet seat and there was no soap and water in the rooms available

“Buena estancia cerca del aeropuerto!”

The facilities are clean and comfortable, making it a good spot for a night or an afternoon near the airport, and there’s a terrace where you can relax. However, there’s nothing around the property, and they charge a fee for card payments.

I only appreciated the beautiful, well‑made bed and the spacious room. I didn’t like that they misled me about airport drop‑offs on the app, only to charge me separately when I arrived.

“Cozy stay in quiet area”

The compound is spacious, the room is large, and the area is quiet, with attentive and friendly service. The kitchen is too close to our room.
