The location was great, right by the metro entrance, and the staff were always ready to help with any questions. The price‑to‑quality ratio was solid, no complaints. The only downside was that there weren’t enough power outlets for us to charge all our devices at once.

The hotel’s location is truly strategic, just steps from the Metro A – Re di Roma station, making city travel easy. A special shout‑out to the receptionist, whose rare kindness and availability stood out; we arrived after 20:00 and he personally met us to hand over the keys, a gesture we really appreciated and that made the arrival more pleasant. The room, though small, was tastefully furnished and well organized. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed by the cleanliness and overall care of the room: visible dust on the headboard, TV, and wardrobes, and the bathroom was even worse, with several hairs and noticeably poor hygiene. It’s a real pity because the property has great potential with its excellent location and friendly staff, but cleanliness should be a priority, especially given the price. Personally, I wouldn’t recommend it to someone like me who is very particular about cleanliness and hygiene. I hope these comments help the hotel improve this aspect.

The location is decent, well connected with constant transport, but the nearby park feels a bit unsafe. The communication with staff isn’t great, the air conditioning seems to need maintenance, the TV is unusable, the bathroom door didn’t close, and the claim that there’s a kitchen is false – it’s not a kitchen at all. Nobody paid attention; it was full of trash, lacked dishwashing facilities, and only had very basic items like a few plates, spoons, and a microwave.

The room was quite pleasant and clean, with daily room service available. The staff were very friendly and helpful, reachable via WhatsApp and at the reception. To collect keys you have to go to another building about 5 minutes from the room, and you’re informed about this beforehand on WhatsApp. The receptionist was very helpful and warm. Room amenities included towels, air conditioning, a fridge, a hairdryer, a TV, mini shampoos, and soaps. The common area had a iron, a kitchenette, and tableware. The location is very nice; it’s 3 minutes to the metro and 3 minutes to the bus, making it easy to reach the center and various attractions in Rome. Overall, for the price I’m satisfied and recommend it.
