The location and host were great. Gal (Jan) who arranged breakfast was very nice and gave good tips. The room and shared bathroom were simple. The area in front of the hotel felt a bit sketchy. Walking up four flights was a good way to burn off all the good food in the city!

The place is well positioned for exploring the city or catching the airport bus. The bedding is comfortable, the air conditioning works, and the room and bathroom are clean. The kitchen is available. The manager communicated well and gave clear instructions. Breakfast on the rooftop was very pleasant. The bathrooms are shared. The rooms are on the third floor with no elevator, and the stairs are steep!

The spot right next to the train station worked out great for my one‑night visit before an early departure; getting into the room was a breeze thanks to Giuseppe’s help, and I didn’t struggle to locate the keys even though I arrived late. The room itself was spacious with a comfy bed, and for a short stay the shared bathroom was acceptable given the price and location.

The location is good and the roof terrace is nice. Overall the place feels dirty and shabby. In the stairwell without an elevator the lights don’t work, the room (2000) can only be locked with a very insecure key. It smells like men’s deodorant, breakfast starts at 8:30 am. The room wasn’t really clean; there were foreign hair ties on the floor. The bathroom got completely wet while showering and couldn’t be kept dry. It’s very noisy.

It sits in the city centre, just a 2‑minute walk from Palermo centrale station, making travel around Palermo easy. We had breakfast every morning, and the girls who prepared it and cleaned the place were really nice, as was Host Giuseppe. On day 4/5 we received clean towels, which was great. We didn’t get the room we originally booked on Booking; instead we were given a different random room with a bed that wasn’t very comfortable for two people, while other rooms had a king‑size bed used by a single person.
