A beautiful place with excellent contact from the owners, who explained everything clearly. They even provide free sunscreen on site. Those small details make a difference and add value to the stay. With full honesty, I can recommend this place for a visit to Dubrovnik. The view from the villa is 10/10.

If you’re looking for views, climbing endless stairs is what it takes to reach the top of the hill, isolated from the city. This is the spot. A good balcony to see the horizon. The staff are very kind and pleasant, solving everything instantly. There’s a friendly cat, and the turtle 🐢 welcomes you, though it’s sad it can only move in that small space. The private bathroom is complete and well kept. The kitchen has everything you need and is shared with other rooms. AC and Wi‑Fi are perfect. Everything else is for improvement. Access is difficult for tourists; there’s no sense of height when booking and the streets are limiting, with over 300 stairs if you come from the port or main roads. The bed is not very comfortable, very basic. You can hear the room next door. There’s no soap in the bathroom. On Sundays the nearest bus does not run.

The city view from above was great, but the place is a steep climb from everything else, requiring many steps to reach; we were assigned a twin instead of the queen we booked, which was uncomfortable; insects would crawl in when the balcony was opened; the owner was unfriendly, insisting we leave by 10 am and not letting us stay an extra 30 minutes to have breakfast in the separate kitchen.
