“The room was not clean for the whole 3 days of our stay”
The staff were really helpful, and our room was clean, which was a plus. However, the stairs were pretty steep, which could be a problem for older guests. Also, we had to go downstairs to use a hot water dispenser since there was no kettle in the room. To top it off, our room wasn't cleaned for the entire three-day stay, and we had to make do with the same towels and soap.

The room was quite spacious, which was a nice surprise. However, the location wasn't ideal, and we had a bit of a shock when we discovered there was no toilet paper.
