The staff were helpful and it was easy to find the hotel near the main road. There were no facilities: no AC, no TV, no Wi‑Fi, no toiletries, no towel, and even the water bottle’s seal was broken.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally pleasant experience, but there was one major issue that marred my stay - the air conditioning in my room wasn't working. On the other hand, the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with the staff doing an excellent job of keeping the common areas and my room spotless.

From the moment I checked in, I was treated with a warm and welcoming smile, which set the tone for the rest of my stay.
