Right next to the train station, everything else was decent. The price feels high, but that’s Switzerland, and the décor is a bit dated; still, it’s on the cheaper side for the country.

The rooms lived up to expectations in comfort, and the location is great for train travelers and for those who want to explore the old town later in the evening. We did run into a hot‑water issue in the bathrooms, and we weren’t told how long it would take to fix it. Another annoyance was the oddly placed sockets in our room that were hard to reach, though that might not be a universal problem.

The train‑catching spot is spot on, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The hot water, however, wasn’t very hot.
