Kids were loud, and the elevator was broken so we had to climb up to the 3rd floor.

I always liked the clean vibe, the pool and rooms were spotless, but there were a few hiccups: an AC unit broke down and some other guests weren’t very respectful.

They upgraded my room because ours wasn’t ready, and I enjoyed breakfast in the morning; it would have been nicer to have two elevators, but I had no other issues.
