“Ubicación perfecta. Cómodo.”

The location was excellent, right in the heart of the peninsula, just meters from Av. Gorlero, the beach, Los Dedos, the port, and everything Punta del Este offers. I had to book at the last minute because another accommodation cancelled without notice, and I had no issues. The breakfast was classic but adequate. The room was comfortable; it wasn’t huge, but it was enough. The furniture and bathroom felt a bit dated, but functional, which is just an aesthetic issue for current hotel standards.

The location was good. However, there wasn’t enough staff to handle breakfast demand: initially no tables were available, then we had to wait for the ones that cleared to be cleaned, and we ended up doing it ourselves. We asked the only person available, and the reply was “yes, as soon as I can,” while she was alone for everything. All in all, everything else was fine.

The location was very good, just steps from streets with many restaurants and shops, and also the rambla. We had an issue with a musty smell in one of the closets, and the staff resolved it. Cleaning was generally fine, except for a dirty toilet cup left by another guest. Breakfast was too basic—little fruit variety and cakes—and they charged extra for eggs (200 pesos uruguayos for one egg is a lot). The photos promised more.

The location and parking were good, though parking costs extra. The noise from one room to the next was annoying.
