I stayed only one night because I had to catch an early train the next morning, and the hotel is close to the station. I wish there were a space to relax; the kitchen is tiny and only has a small seat.

When I first arrived no one was there, so I had to lug my luggage around and came back an hour later. The building has no lift and the room is on the second floor (two flights up 😬). Nico was great and very accommodating once I met him. The property is centrally located and very walkable. He could use some help, and a few rooms share a couple of bathrooms, so I can hear people in other rooms.

Pessima esperienza: sporco, invivibile e sovrapprezzato Punteggio: 1/10 Nota positiva: L'unica cosa positiva è stata la posizione e la città. Nota negativa: Un'esperienza pessima. La pulizia è del tutto inesistente: carta igienica usata lasciata sul pavimento, sporcizia diffusa e uno stato di degrado generale. Le sedie della struttura sono completamente rotte, scucite e sporche, e le lenzuola usate cambiate dai letti erano accumulate in un mucchio sopra i mobili della cucina/zona comune. La situazione era così inaccettabile che ho preferito non dormire lì. Ho lasciato la stanza già pagata e ho prenotato una bella camera singola e pulita in un hotel fuori Roma allo stesso prezzo (40–50 €). La struttura non si è nemmeno accorta che me ne ero andato né mi ha chiesto nulla. Un consiglio ai viaggiatori: meglio prendere un breve treno ed alloggiare fuori città piuttosto che fermarsi in un posto del genere. Il tutto mismo
