The location was excellent, surrounded by restaurants and bars yet still quiet and peaceful. The staff were friendly but couldn’t accommodate us fully despite the last‑minute booking. It felt like stepping back in time, with faded grandeur in a charming way.

The hotel is fantastic, an old building that’s well kept with beautiful halls and décor, the breakfast is excellent with a good variety served in a lovely dining room, it sits right in the city centre close to all the main historic sites, you’ll need to inform the hotel about the ZTL zone if you arrive by car, and there’s parking either on‑site or nearby with a shuttle service to handle your vehicle.

The location was great, but the dormitory had uncomfortable beds, no internet at all, and the sofas were dirty.

A charming, historic hotel right in Palermo’s center, surrounded by restaurants, tourists, and attractions just outside the door. The building feels like a relic of a bygone era, with elegant décor and attentive service. The only downside was that our room had no view; the single window faced a small courtyard that was partially a construction site.
