Breakfast was very varied, but the pillows were extremely hard.

The place was spotless, the food wonderful, yet the Jacuzzi never heated up enough.

Great location and views. The hotel is German owned and caters to Germans. There isn’t much disclosed about it, which was a bit disappointing. I’ve seen the hotel reply to other reviews and say that people should check the hotel’s background before booking, which I find absurd

The resort overall was solid, with high‑quality services, friendly and helpful staff, and immaculate cleanliness throughout the property, not just in the rooms. After the first few days, however, I started to feel a bit weary of the lengthy German explanations that were later condensed into brief Italian translations.
