The setting is gorgeous, close to interesting places like Charlleu, La Clayette, and all the charming nearby villages, plus a rich religious heritage with beautiful architecture. The owner we met was pleasant and very welcoming. Nothing else to note.

We booked at the last minute, yet the reception was very friendly. The house feels cozy with a large old fireplace in the living room, and a winding path leads to the spacious room. The estate is very quiet, only the donkey could be heard. The outdoor area must be wonderful in summer. Unfortunately, there was no Wi‑Fi available.

The breakfast was really good and varied, with homemade jams, and the dinner was also homemade.

The place was absolutely quiet in a beautiful typical house of the region, and the new owners welcomed us warmly after only a few days. A few minor adjustments are needed in these circumstances. The quality‑price ratio of the dinner was excellent, in fact unbeatable. There will probably be some work coming up on the pool edge.
