“Overall good, but housekeeping sucked!”
The downtown location is great, and the rooms were recently renovated and comfortable. Still, I had to call the front desk three times to get housekeeping to come.

The location is excellent and the bed and pillows are very comfortable. The only downside was the low water pressure in the shower.

The physical plant ; the HVAC; elevator ( important in a 30 story hotel); the reception, bar lobby- all great. The bathroom fixtures are low rent; no soap or facial tissue in the room when I checked in (had to ask for them), bed & TV were good but the rest of the furniture was meh

Very Nice place. 8/15/26 Night Bartender was very good, handled a busy crowd and was very friendly
