The location was good. The bed is so soft you sink into it when you lie down.

“Péssima experiência”

The location was fine. When we arrived the room that was ready for us was an old‑decorated, shabby room with a rough floor, a tiny TV, a window‑air‑conditioner, and it was noisy—sleep was almost impossible the first night. The shower was awful, old, and barely let water out. The blackout curtains didn’t block anything, so at 7 am the room was bright and made it hard to sleep, and the mattress was terrible. The next day I complained about the AC noise and asked for an upgrade; I paid an extra 750,00 and got a slightly better room (better décor and shower), but it still had the same problems—bad mattress, poor blackout, etc., so it wasn’t worth the extra cost. At breakfast the staff started clearing things 30 minutes before the end of the service, they took a long time to restock items (when they do it), and overall the staff looked unpleasant to guests.

“recomendo o local”

The location, service, breakfast, and the comfort of the bed were all great. The air‑conditioner made a lot of noise and there isn’t a large mirror to get ready—only a small one in the bathroom that shows only part of the body.

“Bom custo benefício”

Breakfast was good, the location was solid, and parking was already included in the rate. The hotel staff were attentive and helpful. Having a beverage machine on the ground floor was a smart idea. I’d suggest adding a snack machine and a welcome gift. The mattress wasn’t comfortable and needed to be replaced. It wasn’t very quiet; they could install noise‑reducing windows for rooms located deeper in the building.
