The staff were friendly; the lady arrived on time and showed us everything. We had a fridge available (shared, but nobody took ours). It’s nice that Carrefour is nearby with reasonable prices. However, it’s far from the center, needing an extra 45 minutes daily to get there. Still, the metro is a 15‑minute walk away and the bus stop is close.

The room was nothing like the pictures, no cleanliness, huge clutter, a bad smell from the hallway, dirty walls, paint hadn’t been refreshed in ages, it was very hot inside, the air was unbreathable, the sheets were old and unusable, the bathroom door opened hard, and so on.

Everything was very clean, but the bed mattress was a bit uncomfortable.

The facility was clean and public transport was available; the staff were very attentive and helpful. Unfortunately the fan in the room didn’t cool it enough, so the room was quite hot, and the location was a bit far from the center.
