The location is very good, the surroundings are beautiful, clean, and well‑maintained, and the view is fantastic. The room is very spacious, as is the bathroom, and the bedding and towels are good. There is a small fridge in the room and water heating. I would say this is what I was missing: in the room, a small dresser for belongings, no sugar – usually milk and bottled water are provided. In the bathroom, there is no shelf in the shower for shampoo or shower gel bottles, the shower curtain is very short and water spills over, the towel holder is far from the sink. I would have liked bathrobes. The cleaning quality needs improvement. In the luggage, the extra blanket was dirty, the carpet by the bed was poorly cleaned, and there is no spare trash bag.

“Perfect (aside from how my complaint was dealt with) Highly recommended both venue and location”

It’s a unique place to stay in a great location. After booking, I was offered a choice to pay an extra $10.00 or put down a bond (about $200.00 from memory). The way Regional Escapes handled my complaint about noise from a faulty window and the inability to access the upstairs balcony was not satisfactory.
